What we collect
- The address and outline you enter. We need them to measure and price the driveway.
- Your answers about the project, and the depth and material you pick.
- Your phone number or email, only if you give it to us, such as when you ask us to text you the result.
- How the tool gets used, such as which steps were completed, tied to a random ID rather than your name.
Who sees it
Measure The Driveway is run by Hello Gravel. If you order or ask to talk to someone, Hello Gravel's team and its order systems get your measurement. We use PostHog for analytics, Cloudflare for hosting, and map and texting providers to run the tool. We don't sell your information.
Shared links
A shared result link shows the outline on a map, the size, and the tons. Anyone with the link can see those. It doesn't show your street address or your contact details, but the map itself shows where the driveway is, so share it the way you'd share your address.
How long we keep it
Measurements with no quote and no order are deleted after 180 days. Measurements tied to a quote or an order are kept with Hello Gravel's business records.
